Well we're not following the typical parenting schedule, which doesn't make us bad parents, we're just doing what works for Lilly. She's been losing a little interest in her bottles so we've been giving her baby food two times a day with her bottles and she loves it! This is a video from Tuesday when I was feeding her green beans. It may be disgusting to many but to us it is hilarious and obviously adorable! You'll have to excuse the last part of the video, the camera fell off her seat. Hope you enjoy because as you can tell she sure does!

4 Months Old
My goodness where has the time gone? I cannot believe that our little girl is already four months old. She seems to be growing and developing much quicker than I was emotionally prepared for! She just had her four month checkup on Friday and it went amazing. Everyone always has a great, but biased, opinion of how smart and how cute their child is so anytime an "outsider" can confirm or agree with your opinions it can melt your heart! Lilly weighed in at 14 lbs 9 ozs (75th percentile) and is 26 3/4 inches "tall" (97th percentile).
Dr. Grunske, her pediatrician, is more than amazed with her capabilities at the young ripe age of 4 months. She is rolling over both ways, first she rolled over belly to back and now back to belly is almost instantaneous. She can stand up with just holding our fingers on most occasions but she still does get scarecrow legs every now and again. And her conversations with us are so educational and full of information :) According to her Dr. Grunske usually gives out the "safety" booklet at the 6 month checkup but she said since Lilly is sooooo active she thought it'd be important for us to have earlier than most.
When I was at the appointment, it was so amazing to have her confirm everything we've been thinking about her. It's kind of weird, Lilly has had a thyroid problem since birth and has been taking medicine for it since she was a month old, and the thyroid is associated with brain and eye development....well I'll be a monkey's uncle if she isn't one of the most developed babies I've seen. (Another somewhat biased opinion---and a realistic observation!)
Enough of the bragging....here is the 4 month picture of our monkey with her monkey :) And we sure are "Lovin Life with Lilly"
